Nadine S1 StarI called Dan from DJM after having originally found him via Checkatrade and doing my research and coming across his Google reviews & website. Everything looked positive. Seemed nice enough on the phone too.
However, he obviously did not want to do my job because despite telling me to text him my address so he could check his calendar and let me know his availability, he didn’t bother to reply AND I text him twice!
Fine, if my job wasn’t one he wanted to do - maybe it wasn’t big enough? Who knows? Either way, I would’ve preferred for him to tell me that rather than lead me up the garden path, telling me to text him so he could check his availability to only end up ignoring me.
If wanting to be professional, communication is always the best way.Thursday 3rd August 2023

Gemma Fenwick5 StarDan did some electrical work for us today. Fixing a wiring issue in a socket, some outside lighting and some indoor fittings. We are very pleased with his work. In the lead up to him doing the work he communicated well and quickly. He arrived when he said he would and was very tidy. The lights all look great and we felt happy that we were in good hands.
